Health care fraud and abuse affects all of us by increasing the cost of health care services and health coverage premiums.

It takes all of us working together to fight acts of fraud, waste and abuse. Examples are billing for a service that was never rendered, duplicate submission of a claim for the same service or misrepresenting the services provided.
