General Notes

Use this page to request your Username. This is the ID that you use to sign into myBlueCross. Upon entering the information, your Username will display automatically on the screen.

Using This Page

Enter your Social Security Number, First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth. When you have completed this, select Submit to process. Your Username will automatically appear on the page.

If we were unable to locate your Username, verify that all information is correct. If all information was correct, please register for myBlueCross.

Page Elements

Social Security Number - Enter your Social Security number in this field. Social Security number may be entered with or without hyphens. In the unlikely event that someone else has already registered with your Social Security number, you will receive an error message indicating that this has happened. Please contact your Blue Cross representative to resolve.

First Name - Enter your First Name in this field.

Last Name - Enter your Last Name in this field.

Date of Birth - Enter your Date of Birth into this field. It should be in mm/dd/yyyy format.

Error Messages

We're sorry but the Social Security Number you entered is not registered in our system. - Indicates that you are not registered to use myBlueCross using this Social Security Number. Verify that you are entering your SSN correctly. Or you can Register Now for myBlueCross.

We're sorry but the information entered is not on our subscriber file. - Indicates that the Name and Birth Date that you are entering do not match what Blue Cross has on our system. You will need to contact Blue Cross Customer Service or your employer's benefits administrator to confirm that we have your correct data.
